What it is (in plain English)

A service agreement, not a loan or HP. We fund, design, install, operate, and maintain the system for five years. You pay a fixed monthly service fee that’s structured to be covered by your energy savings. At term end, the system title is signed over to you. The other options available are to take out a further maintenance contract, or step up to new capacity—whatever best fits your operations.

Your project draws from our €15m allocation (subject to site eligibility and underwriting). Because it’s a service, not finance, there’s no asset or loan on your balance sheet; most clients treat payments as OPEX (accounting treatment is ultimately your adviser’s call).
